General Stuff...
Colleen and I have been married for 15 years today! It's a pretty neat feeling. I have lived with my wife longer than I lived with my parents, so I guess she officially has ownership. :) As I told the mechanic today, I may make some mistakes in life, but my choice in spouses certainly isn't one of them. I'm just glad she chose me back.

I'm trying out a 'new' mech, as our previous tinker passed on recently. I can't stand that feeling of displacement, where you have to replace a trusted friend with someone new. Plus that annoying conflict that always occurs where you feel sympathetic to the family for their loss, and feel guilty for selfishly wondering what you'll do about getting your car fixed.

Interestingly, I've discovered I don't like to post here when I'm sick. Which is odd, because I have all this time to post...

I have admired your marriage many times. One time that comes to mind is the banquet at LaLaCon. You and Colleen were just watching the goings on and you both were intertwined, relaxed and slightly cuddling.
I nudged my new sweetie and said, "That is what I want us to be like after 14 years together."(at that point it was 14) :)

Congratulations!

Oops! Shige didn't die. He got too busy to take us several years back, so we had been going to a mechanic in west L.A. for a year or so. He had a heart attack and passed away while we were at Celebration 3.

Congratulations on the commemoration of a wonderful cellibration. (Can you say, "I like alliteration?")

You guys make a wonderful couple and provide a guage by which many of us can measure the achievement our goals. Oh yeah, and you do it by being happy with each other and living your lives together. So what could be better? :)

Woo-hoo. Yay you.
